Transitioning to Vegan? These free ebooks can help!!

**this post contains affiliate links**

For several years, I have been helping people transition from the Standard American Diet to Vegan/Plant based and allergen free. While mourning the loss of some of their favorite foods is difficult, one of the biggest challenges my clients have expressed is finding other foods to be excited about.

People often think of vegan and plant based eating as salads, noodles and beans. There is a lot more to it than that. Vegan eating can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be. If you are a foodie then there are intricate and delicious recipes that will challenge you. If you are a minimalist and love simple meals there are equally delicious options for you. The really great news is that most of your favorite foods can be veganized.

These ebooks are free to all Amazon Prime members.

If you are just beginning your journey to Vegan and Plant Based living I highly recommend you get an Amazon Prime membership if you don’t already have one. The free 30 day trial is all you will need to take advantage of this benefit of membership. Don’t forget to set the reminder to cancel the membership if you do not wish to continue.

EnJOY and let me know which books you found most and least helpful!  Good luck on your vegan journey and as always feel free to contact me for support in your transition.

** These ebooks were free at the time of posting. I will do my best to update this list as things change **

  1. What a great set of resources! I love checking out vegan/plant-based meals. In my weekly newsletter that is the only kind of recipes I share – or recipes that can easily be made vegan by removing/replacing no more than one ingredient. We need to eat more plants! Thank you for this resource!
